Cat Food Recipes: Trout Crisps

1 egg yolk
1 small trout fillet
3 tbs oatmeal

Beat yolk. Dip trout in yoke and coat with oatmeal. Put trout in grease baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F. Turn over and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Cool then cut into small pieces.
